Sea-Salt
SAL de IBIZA, harvested in what is today’s nature reserve “Parc Natural de ses Salines d’Eivissa”, is subjected to none of these processes. It is a completely natural sea-salt with no additives of any kind. It is obtained solely by the natural evaporation of seawater and still contains its more than 80 minerals and trace elements detectable in seawater, all of which are essential for the human organism. These remain in their natural complex compounds, the ideal form for our bodies to use.
Sea-Salt
Contrary to the “closed system”, which is characteristic of a NaCl-crystal, the sea-salt crystal possesses a much longer, jagged surface, similar to a coastline. This much larger structure not only allows for a more efficient absorption of the minerals and trace elements contained in sea-salt, but also for a much more effective interaction with all the other nutrients supplied to the body.
