Salty Safari – Taking you for a spicy ride... We are offering five different bundles in an attractive beach chair look. Ingredients #1: Sea salt (approx. 80%), spice blend (approx. 20%): lemongrass tips, ginger, lemongrass oil (Cymbopogon citratus), ginger oil (Zingiber officinale).

Ingredients #2: Sea salt (approx. 25%), roasted sesame seeds - white and black (approx. 75%).

The macadamia nut is often called the queen of nuts. One bite of the buttery, crunchy ball and a fine, refined taste unfolds on the palate. We use "Style 1", the highest quality grade for our macadamias from South Africa. It becomes fiery, but not too spicy, when the roasted nut is rolled in our "on fire" mixture of chili and salt. This blend of spiciness and elegance is irresistible for snack fans.

These carefully made chips are cut into thin slices and stirred in sunflower oil in traditional cauldrons while being baked until crispy. They get their spicy-smoky note from the original, lightly smoked Páprika de la Vera and other exquisite ingredients. An exciting snack that ignites the SAL de IBIZA "Fuego" in the gourmet palate. We offer you these chips in their fiery red robe and piquant paprika flavour in their usual crunchiness. Here you really have something to nibble on!

Special Edition in collaboration with Plastic Free Ibiza. The black garlic "ajo negro" marinated in salt water is the European equivalent of the UMAMI taste "discovered" in Japan. Discover the taste of vanilla and plum together with caramel, balsamic vinegar, and licorice nuances. Our "Mar Blau" composition can be used in many ways: in sauces, aioli or hummus. Be creative and give this extra touch to your own dishes!

For this Special Edition in collaboration with the Ibiza Preservation Fund, we have simply replaced the alcohol and sugar content of the Ibizan "Hierbas" liqueur with our Flower of Salt and we have kept the typical local herbs. Excellent with Mediterranean fish dishes like seabream and St. Peter's fish or even a simple grilled chicken fillet. You can also try it in combination with natural yogurt and fruits like melon, papaya or mango...
