This praline with white caramel chocolate, hazelnuts and Fleur de Sel is a very special Tartufo dolce. It is not only the balanced composition of exquisite ingredients that makes this fine, exquisite delicacy a real indulgence. It is the tender texture that melts in the mouth and brings a ‘hmmh’ to the senses - a flavour experience of sweet and salty, creamy and nutty.

These tartufi dolci have a high caramel content, which has a fine melt thanks to the ground nuts and harmonises perfectly with the small pieces of nut. It is like velvet on the tongue and gains this slightly salty sweetness from the pinch of our mild Fleur de Sel. A little piece of happiness with an espresso or simply a tasty treat after a good meal or in between.
