GHOSTY Meringue (Baiser) Halloween cuties

Meringue (Baiser) Halloween ghosts

Ingredientes
  • 6 egg whites
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel
  • 8 drops lemon juice
  • 2 pcs SAL de IBIZA Dark Chocolate a la Fleur de Sel
Instrucciones
  1. Preheat oven to 100 degrees (210F)
  2. Place the egg whites (room temperature) in a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. (Alternately use a hand mixer).
  3. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  4. Now start adding the powdered sugar a few spoonfuls at a time with the mixer running. Once all of the sugar has been added, add any extracts you're using and turn the mixer to high speed. Continue to beat the egg whites until they are very thick, glossy, and a shiny white color.
  5. Scoop your meringue mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1,5 cm round tip. Alternately use a resealable food storage plastic bag with 1,5 cm hole cut in bottom corner
  6. Squeeze bag to pipe ghosts by making a series of concentric circles spiraling upward
  7. Bake the meringues in the preheated oven (100°C ) for an hour. After an hour, open the oven door and continue to cook for 30 minutes, then turn the oven off, close the door and allow the meringues to sit until completely cool, about 1 hour.
  8. Now put two pices of SAL de IBIZA Dark Chocolate a la Fleur de Sel in a cup put the cup into a por and fill in hot water until chocolates melts
  9. Take a tip and paint some chocolate eyes to the ghosts
