Greek Yogurt with Vainilla Sauce, Fresh Figs and Fruits

It is fig time! This simple and healthy dessert is not only delicious but also an eye catcher. Fresh figs give the greek yogurt some sweetness. For those who like it sweeter – like we do – add some vainilla sauce to it. It is just heavenly and also looks beautiful. To add the little extra use a pinch of SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel ISLA BLANCA.  If you don´t find fresh figs, use dry ones. It is also delicious, only less pretty;-).

Ingredientes
  • 2 glasses of greek yogurt
  • 1 glass of vainilla sauce
  • 4 pcs of fresh figs (if not available, use dried ones)
  • 1 pc of fresh fruit e.g. red currants
  • 1 pinch of SAL de IBIZA Isla Blanca
Instrucciones
  1. Cut your figs in 5-7mmm thick slices
  2. You might want to sprinkle them with a little lemon juice that they stick better to the glass. Don´t take to much as it is sour ;-)!
  3. Gently put them at the edges of your glass and try to fix them there a little bit
  4. Now you have to hurry up and layer some greek yogurt followed by a layer of vainilla sauce and than again greek yogurt (you can change line up if you prefer more vainillasauce than greek yogurt of course)
  5. Decorate the dessert with some fresh figs and another fruit like red currant or whatever you prefer
  6. At last add a pinch of SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel Isla Blanca
  7. Enjoy!
