Ingredientes
  • 50 g fine sugar
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 150 g sifted flour
  • 22 g cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp star anise, ground
  • 1 pinch SAL de IBIZA Fina kitchen salt
  • 1 cl Hierbas Ibicencas liqueur (preferably Mari Mayans) - or any other good quality anise liqueur
  • 15-20 g pistachios, coarse ground
  • some pinches SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel ISLA BLANCA
Instrucciones
  1. Mix sugar and butter in a big bowl
  2. Add cacao powder, flour, anis, Hierbas Ibicencas liqueur and salt and mix to a firm dough
  3. Build rolls of the dough with an approx. diameter of 2,5 cm (adapt to the size of the cookies you want to get)
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  5. Wrap the dough in clingfilm (plastic wrap) and chill for 1h
  6. Cut the rolls into 0,5cm thick pieces
  7. Place them at a distance on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  8. Garnish each cookie with the coarsely ground pistachios and the SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel ISLA BLANCA
  9. Bake them for about 15 minutes
