All of our prices for offers presented on our homepage www.saldeibiza.com are final prices plus shipping costs and include the VAT valid on the day of invoicing.

Your package will be shipped with our logistics partner DHL. In order to complete the order with our shipping partner, we must pass on your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Shipping costs
Your shipping costs for high-quality packaging and standard transport with DHL and parcel insurance are as follows:
National shipping (within Germany)
Up to 1 kg = 3,60 €
1 - 3 kg = 4,40 €
from 3 kg = 6,60 €
Within the European Union
Up to 5 kg = 14,90 €
from 5 kg = 20,00 €
Great Britain
Up to 5 kg = 14,90 € + 5 € supplement
from 5 kg = 20,00 € + 5 € supplement
Switzerland
Up to 5kg = 14,90 € + 3 € supplement
from 5 kg = 20,00 € + 3 € supplement
Due to the size of the packaging, a bulky goods surcharge is added to our beach chairs. The amount here is uniformly regulated and is € 29.75 within the EU. Outside the EU, no parcels will be delivered that exceed a "normal" parcel size of 60 x 30 x 15 cm - so unfortunately our beach chairs can only be ordered within the EU. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Return
Articles that are not excluded from the right of return can be sent back to us within 14 days in accordance with the legal right of return. The return can be easily submitted in your customer account for verification by SAL de IBIZA. The return can also be easily sent by post. The costs of the return are to be assumed by the buyer.
