Martini Special: rimmed with SAL de IBIZA Granito con Hibiscus

MARTINI – a classic cocktail. While being very simple it is very classy and sophisticated. Some call it the most famous cocktail and the list of it´s biggest fans consists of famous people like Franklin D. Roosevelt, Humphrey Bogart and James Bond.

Martini is, quite simply, gin and dry vermouth. However there comes a number of ways to customize it. This is ours: We refine it to an even more sophisticated drink: rim it with some SAL de IBIZA Granito Hibiscus! It harmonizes perfectly with the olive.

Zutaten
  • 7 cl Gin e. g. Bombay Sapphire or Gin Mare
  • 1,5 cl Vermouth
  • 5-10 cubes of ice (for mixing)
  • 1 pc olive
  • 1 pc lemon peel
  • 2-3 tbs SAL de IBIZA Granito con Hibiscus
Anleitungen
  1. Fill your cocktail glass with ice to chill it or put it a while into the freezer.
  2. Fill a metal cocktail shaker with crushed ice
  3. Add plenty of ice and the vermouth to your shaker and stir to make sure the ice is coated with vermouth and strain out
  4. Add the gin and stire the mix for about 20 seconds
  5. Rim the chilled cockatil glass in SAL de IBIZA Granito con Hibiscus
  6. Strain into your chilled cocktail glass and garnish with either a twist of lemon peel and an olive
