Red cabbage is a health booster: it is very rich in several vitamins, a good source of dietary fiber and contains polyphenols which may offer antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits and is extremely low in calories. Besides that it captivates with it´s easy to preprare properties and it´s rich flavour. Our SAL de IBIZA Granito Gomasio with its roasted white and dark sesame seeds is perfect for this salad!

Zutaten
  • 1 head red cabbage (medium size)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 100ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs tahini
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 package fresh green and dark purple garden cress
  • 1 tbs SAL de IBIZA Granito Gomasio
  • 1 tbs agave nectar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Anleitungen
  1. Cut the cabbage and shred eather in mixer or with a sharp knife
  2. Chop the green (and if you wish also the whites) of the green onions
  3. Put all together in a big bowl
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. (Oil, tahine, lemon juice, pepper)
  5. Add as much agave nectar or honey as you need it to be sweet
  6. Then add to salad bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with SAL de IBIZA Granito Gomasio
  8. Decorate with the garden cress
  9. Bon provecho!
