Vorbereitung 20 minutes
Kochzeit 25–35 minutes
Portionen For 1 baking pan (approx. 33 x 23 x 5 cm)

Zutaten

375 g butter

375 g dark chocolate (e.g. SAL de IBIZA organic chocolate with 70% cocoa content)

6 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

500 g sugar

225 g flour

1 tbsp Fleur de Sel Christmas salt “Feliz Navidad” from SAL de IBIZA

Rectangular baking pan approx. 33 x 23 x 5 cm

Anleitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the baking pan and line the bottom with baking paper.
  2. Carefully melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. The mixture shouldn't get too hot, so the chocolate stays nice and shiny.
  3. At the same time, in a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract for about 3 minutes until frothy.
  4. Sift the flour into a measuring jug and add 1 tablespoon of SAL de IBIZA Christmas salt and mix well.
  5. When the butter-chocolate mixture has cooled slightly, carefully fold it into the egg-sugar mixture.
  6. Then briefly stir in the flour and Christmas salt until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out.
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 25–35 minutes. The surface should be firm, but the inside should still be slightly moist and sticky.
  8. Allow to cool completely after baking.Tip:Place in the fridge for a few hours, then the brownies will be much easier to slice.
  9. To serve, sprinkle the brownies with an extra pinch of Fleur de Sel Christmas salt to disappear into chocolate heaven.
