Wine recommendation and SAL de IBIZA “Cooler”
This Mediterranean pasta dish with SAL de IBIZA "Mar Blau" pairs particularly well with a fresh, fruity white wine that underscores the aromatic complexity without overpowering. A light Pinot Grigio from Italy or a crisp Verdejo from Spain are ideal. Both wines offer fresh citrus and apple notes and harmonize beautifully with the tangy tomatoes, black garlic salt, and delicate herbs.
For a stylish wine experience, we recommend the SAL de IBIZA "Cooler" – an elegant clay wine cooler that gently chills your wine bottle while bringing a Mediterranean flair to your table. This ensures your wine is served at the perfect temperature and in style – the perfect finishing touch to your gourmet meal.
