Our Fleur de Sel "La Vie en Rose" comes in a delicate pink pot, refined with fine rose petals and precious rose oil. A salt for special moments – aromatic, elegant and surprisingly versatile.

As a dessert salt, it lends a floral depth to dark mousse au chocolat, chocolat coulant or vanilla ice cream. It also pairs beautifully with lamb and game dishes or orientally inspired creations such as tajine.
