Delivery All our prices quoted in offers that we present to you on our homepage www.saldeibiza.com are final prices plus shipping costs and include the value-added tax valid on the day of invoicing.
Shipping Your package will be shipped with our logistics partner: DHL. To fulfill the order through our shipping partner, we must pass on your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Bulky Goods Due to the packaging size, a bulky goods surcharge is added to our sun loungers. The surcharge is €25.10 (up to 3 kg) and €25.90 (up to 30 kg) nationally. The surcharges within the EU are uniformly regulated and amount to €29.75. Outside the EU, no parcels that exceed the "normal" parcel dimensions of 60 x 30 x 15 cm are delivered - therefore, our sun loungers can unfortunately only be ordered within the EU. We ask for your understanding.
Returns Items that are not excluded from withdrawal can be returned to us within 14 days under the statutory right of withdrawal. The return can be easily initiated in the customer account for review by SAL de IBIZA. The return can also be easily initiated by post. The costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
Delivery Time Items that we have in stock are usually ready for dispatch within a few hours and are handed over to our logistics partner DHL for delivery to you. If your order is received by us from Monday to Friday by 3 p.m. at the latest, delivery within Germany by DHL will take place within the next 2 to 3 working days. The shipping of bulky goods takes 4-5 days. If you are not available at the time of the delivery attempt, you will receive a notification and your package will be deposited at your local post office branch. You can then pick up your package there within 7 days. If you do not pick up your package within this specified period, the package will be sent back to us. The shipment will then be returned to our logistics center.
Insurance Your domestic shipment is insured by our logistics partner DHL up to a value of €500 per package.
Different shipping conditions apply to our B2B customers.
Within Germany, shipping costs €15.
Shipping is free for order values of €300 or more.
For B2B customers within the EU, shipping is calculated based on weight: €20 per 30 kg
