Granito for the Grill…

The basis for this sweet and spicy composition is, as always, our Granito sea salt. Like all our salts, Granito is a 100% natural sea salt, untreated and only dried in the sun and then grinded. It does not contain any anticaking or bleaching agents or any other additives. Granito is rich in natural minerals and microelements due to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", where SAL de IBIZA is harvested. After almost 2.800 years of almost continuous cultivation, these salines were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.

Ingredients: Sea salt (approx. 25%), spice blend (approx. 75%): smoked paprika, black pepper, cane sugar, chili, garlic, onion, mustard seeds, caraway, thyme, oregano, apricot powder, sweet paprika.
