You can easily prepare the brownies in this way:
Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease the tin and line the base with baking paper.
Carefully melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie. It must not get too hot, the chocolate should remain shiny. At the same time, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until frothy. Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
Then sieve the flour into a measuring jug and add 1 tbsp of the good SAL de IBIZA Christmas salt and mix well.
When the butter and chocolate mixture has cooled a little, carefully fold it into the egg and sugar mixture. Then stir in the flour with the Christmas salt and finally pour everything into the baking tin and smooth out.
Bake in the oven for approx. 25 - 35 mins. When the surface is firm and has formed a few bubbles - it should not be too brown - the mixture should still be moist and sticky on the inside. Tasting is allowed.
Once the brownies have cooled, it doesn't hurt to put them in the fridge for a few hours. Trick: They are then easier to cut.
The connoisseur demonstratively places the white ceramic pot of Fleur des Sel Christmas salt on the table and treats the brownies to a pinch of our Christmas salt and disappears forever into chocolate heaven.
